Citizen Pulls Over Cops. Cop Admits They are Above the Law, “We don’t have to Wear Seat Belts” (Video: http://bit.ly/1wjEqHl)

J:  They break the law and have deemed themselves above the law so how does one make a cop obey the law?  Can you say ‘moot’?  I know you can.

how does willingly and voluntarily “risking your life” to “serve” the community make you above the law (army too). In my eye’s while they all may not abuse power; I cannot believe in a good cop because their club is filled with killers, abusers, crooked racists, and cheaters; the “good ones” still protect them. So how good can an accomplice to hate crimes, murder and abuse of power be? Logic stands to reason there are only bad cops, and cowardly cops afraid to stand up to them.

White man in Dallas shoots 8-year-old black boy in the face as he plays ‘tag’

An 8-year-old African-American boy in Texas is struggling to recover after being shot in the face by a 46-year-old white man, but authorities have not been able to determine a motive.

Dallas police said that Donald Maiden Jr., who had just celebrated his 8th birthday on Sunday, was playing tag outside his apartment complex on Tuesday. According to his grandmother, Maiden ran inside to get some toys and was shot as came back outside.

Witnesses told police that 46-year-old Brian Cloninger had been seen waiving a handgun at people prior to the shooting, The Dallas Morning News reported.

Police reports said that Cloninger was seen standing beside his pickup truck as the boy was bleeding, and a witness asked him if he shot the boy.

“Yes I shot that kid,” Cloninger reportedly said.

Maiden’s mother, Latamarin Locklin, recalled the aftermath of the shooting to KTVT on Thursday.

“When he ran in I just screamed,” she said. “His mouth was just hanging off and it was just a big hole… I just threw him on the couch and laid him in my arms and put pressure on his mouth with the towel.”

Locklin couldn’t understand why anyone would shoot her child “out of the blue.”

Maiden was in critical but stable condition as of Thursday. He still needed a breathing tube and had a plate in his jaw. He he could wink and nod to communicate, but could not talk. The boy was expected to have more surgeries after swelling from the most-recent surgeries goes down.

Cloninger was charged with injury to a child, and was being held $2.2 million dollar bond.

Take notes “charged with injury to a child” rather than attempted murder.

This is fucking disgusting.

Yo, does anyone know if a gofundme has been started for the kids medical costs? Because if so, I’d love to give what I can.

The family has set up an account at 1st Convenience Bank in hopes of getting donations to help with medical expenses. Contributions can be sent to:

I wonder how some people are even considered human. I don’t understand the world we live in and the lie we pretend the world is.

An Indiana family filed a lawsuit after police drew their guns, broke out a car window, and used a Taser on an adult passenger during a traffic stop.

Lisa Mahone said she was pulled over Sept. 25 by Hammond police for a seat belt violation as she drove with her boyfriend and their two children to a Chicago hospital, where doctors had said her mother was near death.

She handed over her driver’s license and proof of insurance, and police asked her boyfriend, Jamal Jones, for his ID.

Jones told police he did not have an ID because he had recently gotten a ticket, and he reached into a book bag on the back seat to show them the ticket.

Officers drew their guns on the couple and their 14-year-old son and 7-year-old daughter, and the teen began recording the encounter on a cell phone.

Mahone called 911 to report she feared for her life after officers drew their weapons, and she told the dispatcher that she hoped to reach the hospital before her mother died.

“I said, ‘Oh my god, he’s pulling me over like I robbed a bank,’” Mahone told WFLD-TV.

Police told Jones they had drawn their guns because they did not know who he was or what he would do.

“That’s why I have my windows up,” Jones told officers. “I’m not no harm to you right now. I got my kids in the car and you’re drawing your weapon.”

Jones told WFLD that he was afraid to leave his frightened children in the car, and he was also afraid to get out because officers were acting so aggressively toward him.

He tried to give the ticket to police, but they refused to take them.

“You all got a white shirt?” Jones asked, requesting a supervisor. “I just want to know what’s going on.”
“Look at my shoulder, dumbass,” an officer tells him. “I’ve got bars.”

Mahone continued speaking to the dispatcher as Jones spoke calmly to two officers standing outside the passenger door, with the window cracked about three inches.

“Why do you say somebody’s not going to hurt you?” Mahone said. “People are getting shot by the police.”

Suddenly, one of the officers uses a baton to break open the passenger-side window, sending shattered glass spraying throughout the inside of the vehicle as the children screamed.

The officer reaches into the vehicle and uses a Taser on Jones, who screams as the electric current jolts through his body for at least 3 seconds.

Officers haul Jones out of the vehicle as 7-year-old Janiya sobs in the back seat, and Mahone notices her teenage son, Joseph, had been videotaping the encounter.

Police place Jones in handcuffs and arrested him for resisting law enforcement and refusal to aid an officer.

The couple filed a federal lawsuit Monday against the Hammond police department, claiming the officers clearly overstepped their authority.

“They had no probable cause, one, to even ask Jamal to get out of the car, or two, to engage in excessive force in tasering and arresting him,” their attorney, Dana Kurtz, told the TV station.

The police department defended the officers in a statement, saying they intended to ticket Jones, as well, for a seat belt violation.

“In general, police officers who make legal traffic stops are allowed to ask passengers inside of a stopped vehicle for identification and to request that they exit a stopped vehicle for the officer’s safety without a requirement of reasonable suspicion,” police said.

But Kurtz argued that there was no search or any evidence to suggest criminal activity, and Jones said he was wearing a seat belt when the car was stopped and police never told him about their intention to ticket him.

One of the officers involved in the incident has been previously named in two excessive force lawsuits that resulted in settlements paid out by the city of Hammond.

This needs to be noticed what the hell

my parents did escape the Soviet Union for this. what the fuck America. What the fucking fuck.

And if the obviously very smart 14 year old hadn’t recorded this video, the police would now be claiming that Jones made threats or attacked them or reached for a gun, and nearly all white people would take their word for it.

Shit happens when you don’t comply.

Are you fucking kidding me? This had nothing to do with failure to comply. The police knew damn well that they wouldn’t open the doors bc they pulled guns on them with their kids in their car. The police PURPOSELY made this look like way worse than it was because they knew the lady was on the phone with 911 ratting on their corrupt asses. Sit down and pay attention. Why do you think they wouldn’t take that ticket from him? They had every intention of making this man out to be the bad guy to cover their asses.

I will say that they should have complied with the police.

HOWEVER, it’s pretty obvious that excessive force was used. Had this happened to a white family on the way to the hospital for a dying mother there would be no question that what the police did was outrageous.

And what would complying accomplish? Cops don’t suddenly become reasonable just because you comply.

and this is how they act when they know they are being listened to on the phone and recorded…

"Since 9/11, and the subsequent militarization of the police by the Department of Homeland Security, about 5,000 Americans have been killed by US police officers. The civilian death rate is nearly equal to the number of US soldiers killed in Iraq. In fact, you are 8 times more likely to be killed by a police officer than by a terrorist.”
